Coach Marcos
Basketball coach, Atlanta Lotus Athletic Club
- 🇺🇸 Atlanta, Georgia, United States
- Atlanta Lotus Athletic Club
- 1998 to 2014
- English, Spanish
I coached basketball at Atlanta Lotus Athletic Club from 1998 to 2014. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Coach Marcos
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Marcos: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
