For 38 years I ran the dance program at Duque de Caxias Swimming Club in Duque de Caxias. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Coach Manuela: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Bengaluru.
