Coach Manal
Netball and fitness coach, Alexandria
- 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt

For 26 years I've run the netball program at Alexandria Sports Club in Alexandria. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
