Coach Manal
Chess and fitness coach, Shubra
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Shubra Liberty Athletic Club
- Since 1979
- English
For 47 years I've run the chess program at Shubra Liberty Athletic Club in Shubra. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
What gifts mean to Coach Manal: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
