Coach Maksym
Wrestling coach, Lviv Football Club
- 🇺🇦 Lviv, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine
- Lviv Football Club
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Ukrainian
I coached wrestling at Lviv Football Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Maksym: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
