Coach Maksym
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Kharkiv Sports Club
- Since 1994
- English, Ukrainian
I've coached cross country at Kharkiv Sports Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
