Coach Mackenzie
Swimming and fitness coach, Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Bakersfield Lakeview Football Club
- Since 1985
- English
I've coached swimming at Bakersfield Lakeview Football Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Coach Mackenzie
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
