Coach Lydia
Basketball and fitness coach, Hamilton
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Hamilton Athletic Club
- Since 1984
- English
For 42 years I've run the basketball program at Hamilton Athletic Club in Hamilton. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.

What gifts mean to Coach Lydia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
