I coached martial arts at Andes Swimming Club from 2015 to 2025. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Coach Lucy: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
