Coach Lucky

Youth wrestling coach and mentor

  • 🇿🇦 Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa
  • Meadowbank Sports Club
  • Since 1987
  • English, Afrikaans
For 39 years I've run the wrestling program at Meadowbank Sports Club in Stellenbosch. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.

More about Coach Lucky

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
