Coach Lucky
Coached cricket for 44 years in Epe
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Epe Football Club
- Since 1982
- English, Hausa
For 44 years I've run the cricket program at Epe Football Club in Epe. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Lucky
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Coach Lucky: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
