Coach Luca

Youth volleyball coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
  • Rockford Community Club
  • 1986 to 1994
  • English
I coached volleyball at Rockford Community Club from 1986 to 1994. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
