Coach Lourdes
Coached chess for eight years in Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Redwood Community Club
- 1990 to 1998
- English
I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 390 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
