I coached netball at Campinas Swimming Club from 1982 to 2008. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Lorena
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Lorena: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
