Coach Lorena
Basketball and fitness coach, Brasília
- 🇧🇷 Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil
- Meadowbank Boxing Gym
- Since 1979

I've coached basketball at Meadowbank Boxing Gym since 1979. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Lorena: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
