Coach Logan

Chess and fitness coach, Kansas City

  • 🇺🇸 Kansas City, Missouri, United States
  • Summit Youth Club
  • Since 1990
  • English
I've coached chess at Summit Youth Club since 1990. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Coach Logan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
