Coach Liam
Coached athletics for 17 years in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Riverside Athletic Club
- 1982 to 1999
- English
For 17 years I ran the athletics program at Riverside Athletic Club in Oakland. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Coach Liam
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Liam: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
