Coach Lia
Youth basketball coach and mentor
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Sports Club
- Since 2015
- English, Indonesian
I've coached basketball at Jakarta Sports Club since 2015. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Lia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Lia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
