Coach Lia
Coached cricket for 24 years in Makassar
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Makassar Community Club
- 1980 to 2004

For 24 years I ran the cricket program at Makassar Community Club in Makassar. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
More about Coach Lia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Lia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
