Coach Lertchai
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇹🇭 Phuket, Phuket, Thailand
- Phuket Swimming Club
- 1979 to 2015
- English
I coached gymnastics at Phuket Swimming Club from 1979 to 2015. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Lertchai
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Lertchai: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1989. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Tokyo.
