Coach Leonardo
Coached swimming for 45 years in Ribeirão Preto
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Ribeirão Preto Community Club
- Since 1981
- Portuguese
I've coached swimming at Ribeirão Preto Community Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Coach Leonardo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
