Coach Leila
Cricket coach, Brooklyn Victory Football Club
- 🇺🇸 Brooklyn, New York, United States
- Brooklyn Victory Football Club
- Since 2012
- English, Arabic
I've coached cricket at Brooklyn Victory Football Club since 2012. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Leila: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
