Coach Leah
Rugby coach, Brooklyn Athletic Club
- 🇺🇸 Brooklyn, New York, United States
- 1989 to 2003
- English
I coached rugby at Brooklyn Athletic Club from 1989 to 2003. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Leah
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Leah: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
