Coach Lauren
Coached martial arts for eight years in London
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- London Athletic Club
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I coached martial arts at London Athletic Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
