Coach Lauren
Softball and fitness coach, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Athletic Club
- Since 2009
- English
For 17 years I've run the softball program at San Diego Athletic Club in San Diego. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
