I've coached netball at Los Angeles Athletic Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

you coached me in 2007. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Ribeirão Preto.
