For 22 years I ran the cricket program at Silverlake Football Club in Nashik. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Coach Lata: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
