I've coached cycling at Cầu Giấy Sports Club since 2015. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.

If you played for me, you probably remember the end-of-term party.
What gifts mean to Coach Lâm: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
