Coach Laiba
Youth basketball coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
- 1985 to 1994
- English
For nine years I ran the basketball program at Mardan Maple Ridge Swimming Club in Mardan. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
