Coach Kyriakos
Coached cross country for twelve years in Athens
- 🇬🇷 Athens, Attica, Greece
- Athens Youth Club
- 1978 to 1990
- English, Greek
I coached cross country at Athens Youth Club from 1978 to 1990. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
