Coach Kumiko

Rugby and fitness coach, Shinjuku

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Shinjuku Pioneer Athletic Club
  • 1984 to 1996
  • Japanese
I coached rugby at Shinjuku Pioneer Athletic Club from 1984 to 1996. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
