For 30 years I've run the baseball program at Odesa Sports Club in Odesa. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Coach Kirill: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
