Coach Kenta
Coached boxing for 40 years in Nagoya
- 🇯🇵 Nagoya, Aichi, Japan
- Nagoya Fairview Swimming Club
- Since 1986
- Japanese, Spanish
For 40 years I've run the boxing program at Nagoya Fairview Swimming Club in Nagoya. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Kenta: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
