Coach Kelly
Youth volleyball coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Porto Alegre Community Club
- 1988 to 2017
- Portuguese
For 29 years I ran the volleyball program at Porto Alegre Community Club in Porto Alegre. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Coach Kelly
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Kelly: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
