Coach Kato
Cross country and fitness coach, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Athletic Club
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For 42 years I've run the cross country program at Nairobi Athletic Club in Nairobi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.

What gifts mean to Coach Kato: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
