For 26 years I've run the tennis program at Ciudad de México Elmwood Swimming Club in Ciudad de México. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
