Coach Karina

Rowing and fitness coach, Aurora

  • 🇺🇸 Aurora, Colorado, United States
  • Orchid Boxing Gym
  • Since 2009
  • English, Spanish
For 17 years I've run the rowing program at Orchid Boxing Gym in Aurora. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm still learning every day.
