Coach Karim
Youth wrestling coach and mentor
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Heliopolis Highland Sports Club
- Since 1999
- English, Arabic
For 27 years I've run the wrestling program at Heliopolis Highland Sports Club in Heliopolis. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Karim
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Karim: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
