I coached hockey at 6th of October City Swimming Club from 1994 to 2008. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Karim
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Kumasi.
