Coach Kana
Rowing and fitness coach, Sakai
- 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
- Sakai Athletic Club
- 1984 to 2013
- Japanese
I coached rowing at Sakai Athletic Club from 1984 to 2013. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Kana
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

I still think about the end-of-term party. Best summer of my life!

You coached me in 1984. I still hear your voice on the sideline
