I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,080 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Coach Kamau: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
