Coach Junko
Youth baseball coach and mentor
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Highland Swimming Club
- 1980 to 2014
- Japanese
For 34 years I ran the baseball program at Tokyo Highland Swimming Club in Tokyo. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Junko
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Junko: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
