Coach Julián
Youth netball coach and mentor
- 🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain
- Bilbao Youth Club
- Since 1989
- Spanish
For 37 years I've run the netball program at Bilbao Youth Club in Bilbao. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
More about Coach Julián
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Julián: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
