I've coached wrestling at Ciudad de México Youth Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Coach Juan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Juan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
