For 13 years I ran the table tennis program at London Jacaranda Swimming Club in London. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
