I've coached swimming at Narayanganj Football Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Joya
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Joya: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
