Coach Josefa
Martial arts coach, Harbor Athletic Club
- 🇪🇸 San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain
- Harbor Athletic Club
- 1982 to 1990
- Spanish
For eight years I ran the martial arts program at Harbor Athletic Club in San Sebastián. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
