Coach José

Volleyball and fitness coach, Anaheim

  • 🇺🇸 Anaheim, California, United States
  • Anaheim Athletic Club
  • Since 1984
  • English, Spanish
I've coached volleyball at Anaheim Athletic Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.

What gifts mean to Coach José: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
