Coach Joon-woo
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇰🇷 Daegu, Daegu, South Korea
- Daegu Valley View Swimming Club
- 1979 to 1992
- English, Korean
For 13 years I ran the gymnastics program at Daegu Valley View Swimming Club in Daegu. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
