I've coached cycling at Essen Community Club since 2001. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Coach Jonas: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
